Not sure if it says it in the brief anymore but I think it's still on the questionnaire; it's one of the first questions.

Typical of GAP to have not removed it!

Just say no, even if you did get given a meal deal price - you can't help it how they price your meal!

I've had meal deals before with no problem and I've never even justified it. I think it says no vouchers but I can't remember anything about not taking a meal deal if offered. However I wouldn't 'go large' just stick to the medium pizza size and on no account be tempted to sneak in the pineapple!!!

It's not as bad as you think although the first time was very daunting. You get used to it though and you can visit the sites again after a certain time. I've been to the same shop twice now.

Thanks, maybe I'll reconsider. Still feel uncomfortable about laying out £100 or more though - that is scary!

Just a quick thanks to GAP for a MS I did last week on a petrol station. I turned up and it was a building site! (they were refurbishing the shop, just as I was about to leave as I though it was closed I noticed a sign saying 'open as usual' so had to turn back round :p)
Anyway, I got my petrol alright but as the shop was closed and all they had was a little metal cabin with a window with some bloke & a pinpad. Obviously I couldn't buy anything even though the brief stated I had to make a purchase. I filled in my report saying all of the above (expecting not to get paid) but this morning received the following email:

  • I dont think that anyone has been paid by GAP yet. The pay date is the 24th of each month. I know that a lot of people have not been paid this month so hopefully we should have it soon.

I think they have slowed down - unless they just aren't showing me the jobs! I haven't seen some of the clients I used to see recently.
