Hi, I'm sorry if there has been a thread on this, i've had a look but can only seem to find posts linking to their prices not legal stuff. Hoping someone can give some advice. There's nothing inherently free about VOIP when used to deliver a telephone service.
There's switching infrastructure to pay for, costs the provider incurs for connecting calls, staff wages to pay for those maintaining infrastructure, customer support staff wages to pay, etc., etc.
