Any point going to their regulatory body to appeal after that?If you're not joking, then you've clearly not yet read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well chaps (I assume) thank you for your time but it's all a bit confusing - I looked at the newbies thread but there's a lot of lingo I don't currently have the time to get to grips with and it seems like I'm on a loser anyway, so I guess I'll just pay up.

burnerbee123 said:Yes thanks Keith - I should have said, my insurance specifies I'm the only person allowed to drive (it's a business vehicle).
Then all your insurance is saying is that you are the only person insured to drive under that insurance policy. Your insurance company are not saying you are the only person allowed to drive that vehicle.burnerbee123 said:It's my vehicle and I'm all 4 of the above.2 -

It is a scam. Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the enacted
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

You have three jobs you must do: -
1. Edit ALL your posts to retain driver anonymity
2. Complain to the retailer/landowner
3. Read the NEWBIE sticky (it is not a quick read, more of a cup of tea and plate of biscuits job)
4. Send standard blue text appeal to the PPC
You have one job you must not do: -
1. Pay the speculative invoice unless and until told to do so by a judge.5 -
I have read all the info (thank you in advance), we have received a PCN from APCOA at Victoria Manchester - from 7th March. Our car is a lease car - but the PCN is address to our company but addresses us as Registered Keeper. So we have no way of knowing when they contacted the lease company to find our details. Which bit of legislation is this in breach of as I'm mind boggled? Thank you in advance.0
