Just to update you all, Ive finally got through to TUI. While I was on the phone the agent got an email ( he did say they was expecting an update earlier in the call.) he said ALL Bookings up to 31st August 2020 can now be amended for Free. Hubby was looking at the flight tracker app during the height of the crisis......1 or 2 planes over the whole of Europe.....the US skies were chock a block with planes
