Hello, can I ask did you have to fight for this? I have been arguing with them for the last 4 months with no joy. They are insisting I selected a voucher refund when I didn't and they won't change it.

When you made your choice of what refund you wanted, you should have had a confirmation email like mine below detailing what option you had selected:
You've selected a £xxxx.xx Cash refund. In the current unprecedented circumstances we are sorry to advise you that we're not able to refund you before the providers have released the funds for your booking.
