Well not exactly, there's still a battle to be had there I think. They say it depends on when they get the money back and it what form. This probably isn't a done deal yet. :(

If you look at their latest Trustpilot Reviews dotted amongst the 1* Reviews are a few Green 5* entries - mind you some of those sound so banal they could almost be invented !!

Some of those reviews are about as bent as a nine bob note.

Personally I would bypass LM and go straight to my card company.
I do hope LM is fined for mis-selling holidays, as they been selling package holidays, and claiming they are only linked travel.

  • I bought two flights from Lastminute.com in January of this year.  The flights were scheduled for the third week in March and were cancelled with a day's notice.  I keep getting emails from Lastminute.com who are offering me the three options but for only one of the flights.  They are not acknowledging the other flight at all.  Each time I try and respond to the email it keeps giving me an error and therefore I am not getting anywhere.  They do not respond to any email correspondence, neither can I find a telephone number for them.  Does anybody have any contact details for them?  I am so frustrated with them and will never use them again.

What were the flights? Out and back? Were they both cancelled? What does it say about your flights if you log into their website?

I'm in a similar position. They cancelled my flights on 19 March and I haven't had an offer yet. I found some success contacting them via twitter. Moan at them and you'll eventually get a direct message.

0333 3362504 is a number I had for them, but it wasn't a great deal of help - don't call us, we'll email you when ready.

Well 4.5 months after the initial claim and 2 months since they outlined my options I have a full cash refund from lastminute, with no admin fees or deductions.
