I have a flight going to Vegas on the 1st october  flying Manchester To Atl then onto Vegas, Coming back was direct to Manchester on the 12th october  but now its Heathrow which is no good to me. I booked my flights at the same time. Its showing as a schedule change and not cancelled i book through Delta.  I called Delta but someone from Air france took the call and could not do anything, They are not answering facebook messages. Just glad i paid with credit card.

I've found Delta really helpful on Twitter to a degree.  But if like me you booked directly with Virgin Atlantic there isn't a lot they can do other than change your seats etc for you.
Virgin have been pretty responsive on WhatsApp so that might be an option for you?

Does anyone have a email address for Virgin? My flat mates flights are both from and to London now and not Manchester. Will cost too much and too much time for a 7 day break.

So Virgin have changed our flight from Manchester to London Heathrow due to their organisation changes, this is an 3.5 hrs extra drive and we lose precious time off the holiday as we arrive later.  Do we have to accept the change, can we cancel, should we contact the bank for a chargeback?
