Does anyone have a Huyu referral code they would be happy to share with me? I've downloaded it but apparently with a code I get extra points for the first reciept.
Now using 4 different receipt scanning apps and scanning the same receipts in each one. Seems to be going pretty well so far.Bottom line;

It occurred to me last night that I never included the loan from other family members and a friend (repaid last year) in my signature total so I've added them in and I'm quite a bit over the half way line! Feeling very good about that.
Had 6 free cinema tickets and half price popcorn vouchers arrive in my email inbox today- a yearly perk from my Lloyds account. When the cinemas reopen in the next week or so will make for a very cheap afternoon out.Bottom line;

I cooked Chinese chicken curry for dinner tonight. Super tasty, healthy and low cost.
Make up 400ml of chicken stock and add 1tbsp of light soy sauce (before you begin)
Fry a diced onion in 1tbsp oil. After 3 minutes add an amount of garlic (to your taste. I used 2 cloves) Then after a further 2 minute add 2 tsp of medium curry powder, 1tsp of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of ground ginger and pinch of sugar to the pan. Leave on the heat for 1 min then add the chicken stock/soy sauce.
Simmer for 20 mins.
Whilst that's doing, dice 2/3 chicken breasts (I used 1 per person) and toss them with 2 tbsp of cornflower (or plain flour)
Fry the chicken. By this point the sauce should be done- remove it from the heat and blend until smooth. Pour over the chicken, a handful of frozen peas and heat back up.
I served it with white rice and it was incredibly good. Will be adding that to the list of recipes I rotate through.Bottom line;

Daughter has got massively into Pokemon in the last few months. So I've downloaded Pokemon go for her and we're going to walk to the nearest Pokemon gym (about a mile away) and catch some Pokemon.
Free and tiring. Best activity!Bottom line;

July is my lucky month! Stepchange emailed me to say that one of the payments they've been making on my behalf has been returned and they had probably sold on my debt.
Just spent an hour on the phone with my big credit card with various different departments being baffled and telling me that they didn't know what was happening and who it had been sold to.
Until! Got through to the complaints department and they said that when I made a bunch of complaints (in house) to all my creditors 6 months ago they had upheld the complaint. I knew about this as they'd sent me a cheque and I used it to fully repay a family member. However what they never said in the letter was that they had also cleared my account balance!!!!
The bloke on the phone said 'as far as We're concerned, you don't owe us a penny'
So my biggest non- bank debt has just been wiped out! £1,700 at a rate of 49.9% is just....gone. I am unbelievably happy right now. DFD getting closer and closer. Signature counter is duly updated and I'm below £22,000 and the payment on Aug 1st will take me below £21000!Bottom line;
