My particular issues aren't covered as far as I can see.
I suspect that they are and that you need to do further reading/research, This is not painting by numbers and considerable effort is needed to fight this scam. .You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
I have contacted the Store Manager by email, who replied swiftly saying the the car park is owned and managed by a third party and he cannot help.

Ask him who the third party is.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

and head office CEO ........ who is the retailer?Ralph2

Is Euro Car Parks not the third party?
Will try CEO.
Do not want to divulge retailer as other posts have said they read these forums0 -
Have written to the CEO.
Found his details easily.

Latest...
No reply from CEO and have received a letter from a debt recovery company. Fee has increased by £70.
They will only communicate by phone. Think I read somewhere that you should never communicate by phone.
What now? It seems a small number of minutes over the allowed time when being used by a disabled person doesn't make any difference.
Any suggestions please??0 -
