Easyjet eurocard

Easyjet eurocard account has been down for 2 months for essential maintenance. I need to order a new card to replace one about to expire. In time for a trip (which may or may not happen). My funds are already loaded so will have no access to it once card expired. Have emailed but so far no response. Anyone know why the "maintenance" is taking do long?
