I have applied for my third reassessment.  I meet condition A but I have additional income.  They have taken an average of both and but they have told me that i am not eligible because my other income is more than my self-employed income so they have jumped straight to condition C.  They seem to have completely missed the word 'or' in the regulations, i.e. you must meet condition A, B or C.  I had this with someone on the phone when I was discussing my first reassessment and had to correct them.  I think that there is an issue with both the eligibility checker and the staff training.

I know another poster had this particular issue. The best place to go to prove your claim is the Treasury Direction at https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/882593/SEISS_Direction_Final_-_SIGNED.pdf

See 4.2(g) and 5.1 to 5.3 in particular.
