Double glazing problems all windows and both front and back door

I don't think the loan company has any responsibility, like paying by credit card does. Is the loan company related to the window company in any way?

The loan company is only used by the window company, but if the goods are not fit for perpose, then I should be intilted for a full refund. And because the loan company have paid the window company in full, the only way I can get this sorted is by refusing to pay until the problems are rectified or IMO fully replacement or money back.

have s look at this spot the difference between my copy of the contract and the window company’s copy.

i did request answers on why I have internal boarding on the inside of the front Bow window. I also requested that they remove the internal board to see why it’s damp and getting black stains across it. They refused to acconadate this simple request.
