Double glazing problems all windows and both front and back door

Hi all

ive had new windows and doors fitted now for 3 years. I’ve had lots of issues with the installation, and complained over 20 times, every time they come out they never do a proper inspection and try to do as little as possible. I need to work out how to post pictures so you can see the craftsmanship 😂 I have damp and mould on the windows. the doors are underside and been fitted anyway the bow conversion has black damp marks coming through the internal board not sure why I even have internal board never asked for one.
the windows have 20 mm gaps between them the windows are underside and filled with foam and then covered by trim. I have trim on all the windows and both doors. 
If anyone can help with informing me on how to upload pics I can show you my issues, many thanks in advance

I’m going grey now dealing with the window company, I have informed the loan company to complain, I need advise on what to do next, can I legally stop paying for this and insist on the correct sized windows and doors.. 
the window company say it’s down to the tendering that’s why the doors and windows are short.

you really need this to be moved to the relevant board.. could someone move it please, as this person needs good advice

That looks like a cowboy job. Cant you get Watchdog involved? Or trading standards.
