I signed up via a virgin media man that came to my house after I visited their website. My house was up for sale And I said I didn’t want to proceed in case I sold it and he told me if they couldn’t provide services then they would just cancel without a fee. Seems he lied to me and I’m really annoyed about it now.  I can’t find a contract either. I have an email saying they will send one in the post for me to sign and return but I don’t ever recall doing this. Have I been really naive and will just have to pay?
