There's only an 'enquiries@...' email, I haven't been able to get any other email addresses.

Would it be worth @Pixel4Life going back to the landowner and asking them again, reminding them that if they engaged the PPC, that makes them jointly liable for the PPC's actions, then ask them what dates will be unsuitable for them to attend a court hearing as they will be named as a witness: I'm thinking that may concentrate their minds a bit and make them a bit more helpful?2

I suggest doing as Mothballs says, but after you have photos of the site and signage to hopefully show what was said by the management company is not true.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3

Hi All,
So...
Chasing down a stadium manager currently.
I sent the blue text email in post 1 to TPS anyway, I got a reply saying its too late and I need to take it up with BW Legal. I reponded by informing them that they shouldn't refuse me access to an alternative resolutions procedure and have demanded a popla code, to date no reply.
I emailed BW Legal the blue text in the 'BW Legal The Scam' thread. I got a canned response asking for name and address to continue the conversation. Should I go ahead and do that or view the canned response as a gatekeeping tactic?
I have pics from the site now, there is a sign at the entrance now (sods law) but it is totally illegible to the driver on passing. Pics were taken of the drive in and where the driver usually parked, and of the sign close up for detail. Etc. Let me know if you want to see a few examples.0 -

Also remind them to provide the legal authority they have to add the fake £60.
It is a question they simply cannot provide an answer for apart from their nonsensical excuses that don't wash water in the courts

Victory! Thanks to your collective advice I managed to track down the venue operations team who have confirmed they are going to cancel the 2 outstanding PCNs!
Thank you very much for all your time, expertise and patience.3 -
Once it has been cancelled consider sending an LBA, it can cause them extra work.
