Too late to submit appeals I'm afraid - no later than 28 days after the NtK delivered date (for BPA operators). But you could still send the blue text template initial appeal from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, first post, and see how they react to it.  Nothing lost.

Darn, thanks Umkomaas, and I suppose after that, just cough up? Assuming it's a rejection.

Suppose nothing. You're here to pay nothing!  If you want to needlessly chuck away £300, I'll take it! 😄

But there will be work to do, check out the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post, which takes you through from the early stages of a Letter of Claim, right through to the actual hearing. Better prepared, better your chances.

Jeez why do people pay these or think they have to pay them...?
Read the NEWBIES thread and win in court.  Clearly you haven't read the sticky thread if you are still asking 'presumably I then cough up?'
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's more that "it's too late..." sounded definitive. I wanted to started a thread because I was concerned that paying once had weakened my position if appealing to the other PCNs let alone the fact the 28 days had elapsed. Rest assured I'll be doing further reading today.

Paying once marks you as a hooked fish, but you came here and now you swim freely again (no paying!).

Ok, I have been paddling through post 2 of the newbies section, I'd appreciate if someone could idiot check my plan of action, as I understand it, I need to:
    - Send the template from the 'BWLegal THE SCAM' thread via email to the 'parking@...' address on the BW letter
    - Additionally submit a SAR to the parking company via their DPO email in the privacy section of the company website
    - Wait for correspondence to dictate next course of action (whilst continuing to research)

    Yes, sounds good.

Complain to the landowner as well.  They can almost always cancel PCNs.
