I go away for 48 hours and he's going off on one again (been to Chester, lovely place, spent lots of Daddy's money) ...

So winnifred, have you rang the council to ask how much HB you may be eligible for?

Since then you have answered every other post telling them they are "not helpful". Its now Tuesday and I can only assume that yet again you haven't actually been/phoned your local offices to find out the answers you require.

Once again, I'll ask the other users and myself to step away from this thread and direct your help to users who actually want/need the help that is so freely given on MSE.

This is one of the best answers given, but I think you will find people cant help themselves.
