HSBC feeder account

Hi,
I applied for feeder account 1 week ago and I received email saying I need complete the identity check where I have already done. Just would like to confirm in the identity app should we need to give our personal address or business address???

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

The problem is they need to do a full credit check for the feeder account - the same checks any new account would be subject to. 
If they've just not got the staff to do this, then there will be a backlog - I can only imagine this is the hold up. 

Could you tell them to cancel the application and do it elsewhere?

I have done this on the app and I used my personal address, it must be right as I got accepted for the feeder account and is now up and running, no loan as yet because I've had to apply for that separately and I'm waiting for a reply.

I can confirm from my own experience of BBL 
applications its not as straight forward as made out.
Apply to HSBC , have personal account with them, fill in form, send paper work, nothing for 5 weeks then get told i have to apply for a feeder or BB with them, Applied for feeder declined,  and checked and no reason it should be.
Business Bank is with tide, applied day one, after weeks of song and dance and emails about being valued customers i got the mail on the 7th saying we have suspended it.
Weeks waiting for nothing, now seriously considering closing for good. Can't apply anywhere else as most won't allow new business customers.
Seems a lot of us are in the same boat and its starting to sink im afraid.
