Hmm, anything to add Crashy?  Unlike your predictions mine only took 3 weeks to come true :)
    A bit mean I know!
I live in Wales so doesn't apply to us sadly and my house is stuck waiting valuation.  A positive step though as long as people can stay safe.

What if I don't want a potentially infected person coming into my (rented) place? Could I argue that is not unduly or unreasonably withholding the right of the Landlord to conduct viewings? Or ask the lettings agent to arrange disinfection of my flat and provide the viewers with face masks, gloves and ask them not to touch anything?
    Current debt-free wannabe stats:
    Credit card: £8,524.31 | Loan: £3,224.80 | Student Loan (Plan 1): £5,768.55 | Total: £17,517.66

    Two suggestions -

Change the locks (you can buy a lock on Amazon) and tell them you will not allow any viewings.

Or, be home for all viewings and cough all the way through.

We have a viewing of a house we’ve already had an offer accepted on. We’re to go in one at once. No more than 15 mins. We have to wear masks and gloves. The windows will be open. The cupboard doors will be open and we’re not to touch anything. The place will be cleaned by the EA before and after. We will use hand sanitiser. The vendors will be out.

This is what the government means by ‘use common sense’.

Banks are lending at the 75 and 80% LTV levels (I didn't check other levels).
