Yes, there's express services but for a pair of slippers it's going to be a bargain-bucket service they've chosen to use. That would have been my original suggestion, matty - especially based on 2 of my own recent experiences from UK suppliers - but it seems that overseas orders are not having a lot of delays from the 3 posts I quoted in my earlier post.0 -

But was that the standard email issued in 'normal' times. In the current situation none can say how long a delivery will take.
Royal Mail deliveries in my current area are taking longer than normal0 -

Royal Mail deliveries in my current area are taking longer than normalI don't know as I've not read the email and the OP hasn't said if it was the standard email...You may wish to note that my first advice to the OP was:Pollycat said:<<snip>>You really can't (sensibly and reasonably) complain about the difference in delivery performance between pre-Covid-19 and now.Especially from overseas.<<snip>>
and laterPollycat said:I think people need to be realistic and adjust their expectations.I ordered something from Trespass (the outdoors company) and it took over 2 weeks to arrive by Parcelforce.

I have emailed them and received a reply :Its been almost three weeks now !
"Please wait a few more days, they must arrive.
I have received a lot of messages regarding delivery delays recently.
I am sure it is involved with the pandemia.
Kind regards"

Then on 14th May you say it’s almost 3 weeks. It can’t be both.Things are slow and not normal right now. You’ve used them before without problems so I assume they are a good company. Give them a chance.1 -

If you want advice, it's best to try and give accurate facts and timelines.
