I'd hang on a while longer, I run an online business and international delivery has slowed right down.
Yes, there's express services but for a pair of slippers it's going to be a bargain-bucket service they've chosen to use.

That would have been my original suggestion, matty - especially based on 2 of my own recent experiences from UK suppliers - but it seems that overseas orders are not having a lot of delays from the 3 posts I quoted in my earlier post.

But they didn't come from Poland which may be where the delay occurs- or any other country between Poland  and UK, if not coming by air.

Yes but the OP has shared additional information that says the slippers have been dispatched and to "expect them in 3 days."
    That was 2 weeks ago.
I guess it's up to the OP whether he leaves it for a while longer or asks the supplier where his parcel is.

But was that the standard email issued in 'normal' times. In the current situation none can say how long a delivery will take.
Royal Mail deliveries in my current area are taking longer than normal

I don't know as I've not read the email and the OP hasn't said if it was the standard email...
You may wish to note that my first advice to the OP was:

You really can't (sensibly and reasonably) complain about the difference in delivery performance between pre-Covid-19 and now.
    Especially from overseas.

I think people need to be realistic and adjust their expectations.
I ordered something from Trespass (the outdoors company) and it took over 2 weeks to arrive by Parcelforce.

I have emailed them and received a reply :

"Please wait a few more days, they must arrive.

I have received a lot of messages regarding delivery delays recently.

I am sure it is involved with the pandemia.

    Kind regards"

Its been almost three weeks now !

On the 12th May you said exactly two weeks ‘today’

Then on 14th May you say it’s almost 3 weeks. It can’t be both.

Things are slow and not normal right now. You’ve used them before without problems so I assume they are a good company. Give them a chance.

I placed an order - on-line for a pair of slippers from Poland - two weeks ago today
The above was posted on the 12th May so "two weeks ago today" would have been the 28th April.

As they arrived today (20th May), that is 3 weeks and 1 day from when you ordered and not "over a month"
If you want advice, it's best to try and give accurate facts and timelines.
    Hi,
in another thread he is thinking of ordering a monitor from China, so that should be interesting, at least his feet will be cosy whilst waiting.

I know the days are merging into one (I had two people kicking off yesterday that their Thursday meeting hasn’t happened...) but come on... Time still has meaning!!

Though I am not surprised given the OP.
