Placed an order on Thursday night with Amazon and it arrived Sunday morning - from Italy. I've had deliveries nearly as quick that have been supplied from Spain and Germany.0

Yes, there's express services but for a pair of slippers it's going to be a bargain-bucket service they've chosen to use.0 -
