Placed an order on Thursday night with Amazon and it arrived Sunday morning - from Italy. I've had deliveries nearly as quick that have been supplied from Spain and Germany.

The deliveries I'm referring to are Royal mail or Parcelforce and have been posted promptly.

To be serious I have found a lot of things are taking at least twice as long as I would expect to arrive and they are sent from the UK.
Ordered a Dyson sunday from Dyson, arrived today via Parcelforce.

As for the OP give it another month or sos

Our Horse and Hound magazine was due on Thursday didn't arrive until yesterday.  Should I start a small claims action?
MrsM's magazine arrived on time last week, first time in around 2 years !

I   also received a small parcel from California  in 8 days which was sent by snail mail - including ultimate delivery by RM.

I guess the OP will probably decide he's given them long enough then and it's time to complain.

Did it say anything about delivery delays before you ordered?
Has the company said they've been dispatched?
Have they said how they have been/will be dispatched?
You really can't (sensibly and reasonably) complain about the difference in delivery performance between pre-Covid-19 and now.
    Especially from overseas.
A lot of space on flights is used for cargo.
And how many flights are there now compared to when you last ordered...?
I was simply told that the slippers had been dispatched and to expect then in about 3 days !
And that they would be delivered by Royal Mail.

Then I don't think it would be unreasonable for you to drop them a polite email saying you haven't received the item.

I'd hang on a while longer, I run an online business and international delivery has slowed right down.
Yes, there's express services but for a pair of slippers it's going to be a bargain-bucket service they've chosen to use.

That would have been my original suggestion, matty - especially based on 2 of my own recent experiences from UK suppliers - but it seems that overseas orders are not having a lot of delays from the 3 posts I quoted in my earlier post.
