Just been told my new build needs a physical valuation instructed by Barclays. Couldnt do a desktop as not enough information
Hope it all goes okay and I'm not waiting another few weeks anyone else waiting?

Just to jump in. Still waiting for a valuation on the property we had an offer accepted on in March. I’m going back to work in July full time and had to get a letter from my employer to justify this. Mortgage company is Dudley Building Society, so hoping they’re not going to wait until I get a pay statement to prove my income again.0

Great! At least nat west have added some kind of update.
At least its in progress
I phoned them today and they said they are waiting to hear back from legal and general on their guidelines.
