Physical valuations

I'm just hoping the valuation report is okay. It's a new build. Have a 75%ltv.
Have heard they sometimes under value new builds. It's the only one empty on the site.  Time will tell fingers crossed.

Just to let you know 
3 months waiting for my morgage application physical valuation was done on the 18th. Finally had the phone call & email morgage had been offered
morgage offer in post. I'm so relieved. Good luck to anyone waiting. I know how stressful it can be

Hi all. Just curious if the physical valuations are what you expected or has covid had an effect?

Had my physical valuation done 18th off this month after approved on the 5th May pending valuation. Morgage offered today. So relieved application started on the 20th March right before lockdown. Long journey but got there in the end.

I was worried that our physical valuation was going to be impacted by COVID, but everything came in as expected and not down valued! Such a relief!
