Congrats!!! It has been a long waiting for that but worth it in the end.

I am also experiencing technical issues at the moment with Barclays and have escalated it multiple times and finally made a complaint last week. Hopefully I can join you soon.

Short wait for me. Virgin money instructed valuation Wednesday 17th June and it’s booked for Monday 22nd June.

Hi my physical valuation was done last Thursday also through Barclays. How long did you wait after the valuation until the morgage offer came through. It's just been a tough 12 weeks waiting..

Hi, anyone had any updates?

Barclays have come back and asked for a cladding report, which I am going to send to them tomorrow. They are still slow in terms of resolving the technical issues in their system.

Natwest are doing ours tomorrow. Full application went in 5 days ago. They would have done ours today but the site office is closed.

Hi my physical valuation was done last Thursday also through Barclays. How long did you wait after the valuation until the morgage offer came through. It's just been a tough 12 weeks waiting..

Still waiting....morgage advisor will chase Friday but he did say it's usually 10 days after the valuation you usually get your offer so a week tomorrow more waiting. Will update as soon as I heat. Good luck to us all.

We had physical valuation on Tuesday and it was approved yesterday. Mortgage advisor says we should hopefully hear this week!

Cladding report EWS1 was submitted last night 
to Barclays and valuation is approved with LTV<30%. However IT is still waiting for a lady from India to reactivate my application online (she cancelled it by mistake!).... not sure if she can even access to her mailbox due to lockdowns in India. Feeling like being waiting forever 😔
