A friend of mine with really bad credit who already has an account with Starling applied today and got paid today.

Tomorrow sole traders will be able to apply. Hopefully, the process would be also easy and straightforward.

I've been with Starling for ages and I'm a sole trader. I've been trying to apply today. When I log in and click the link it just redirects to a holding page. Just me?
I'm currently over 300th in the chat queue...

My claim will be Ltd but as of today I'm waiting for my card.  Sorry I can't help with Self Employed.

@Carmerk you cannot apply yet. Starling said it was going to be today afternoon for sole traders, but it's still not open.

Ok thanks. They hadn’t made that clear on the website. I’ll keep trying.

Starling open for sole traders now. Have just applied. Very simple and required only a couple of tax documents.
