Thanks for sharing that, how long they say that you have to wait to receive the card?

I've just opened an account on Sunday and they said Wednesday for the card.
I currently bank with Barclays and have been waiting  6 days so far on a call back regarding a bounce back loan so Starling may still end up being quicker.

Husband had a Starling Business Account but had never used it.  Now was the time to kick start  it and he has activated his credit card today!  He was with TIDE who are messing around and perhaps will never be authorised and we cannot wait.    The T&C's state he must use the account as his main business bank account which wont be the end of the world.  He applied this morning....  will let you know progress

3-5 working days for the card.  Got approved on the account late last week.
  • Also be aware that if you do not have a 2018/19 tax return they want a 2019/20 tax return if you're not VAT registered.
My accountant says 2 months before he could do mine.

Thanks, did they requested your tax return as a Sole Trader or an Ltd Company?

Limited companies and limited liability partnerships will need:

    • All persons of significant control added to your Starling business account
And that's basically all, just fill the form. People are saying they applied in the morning, got the offer in the afternoon and some of them have been already paid.
