There have been plenty of helpful comments. Now, would you like the sort code and account number of both providers in order to make a payment via your own banks internet banking now, or not? I cant be any more helpful than that.

Thanks
however back to my original question, I received my text Friday, went to pay Sunday, couldn’t.
I emailed, no response, should I have to pay the interest at £12?0 -
Surely they havent added £12 interest on already the day after a balance of £5.36 was missed?
There is normally a few days between due date and statement date on all credit cards.0 -
Yes they did, I’ve got the proof!0

You really need to find time to speak to someone on the phone and ask them, tbh.
Assuming you arent the boss you should be getting a 30 min lunch break by law.0 -
As you can see, the only text message I received Friday

Payment due by Thursday, however I wasn’t aware until I received the text the day after, £12 charge already added?

Given its a round amount, and vastly higher than the balance a month after you cleared the major balance, its probably the late payment charge.
You really need to ring them, there is no other quick alternative. Its an automated charge and any sensible person you get through to will see how ludicrious it is for the balance size (and the fact you cleared the main balance off the month before) and wipe it off.0
