most of the DSs offered have mad £20+ postage

Thats not mad. That's minimising the amount of money everyone pays eBay in final value fees, which is very sensible.

Not at all, number on eBay has dropped from 9000 to about 2000.

I have sold 5 tonight with Wii Play for about £275. And plus an extra £15 if they want it shipped tomorrow by Special Delivery for Xmas Eve delivery. (If ordered and paid by 11:30am)

Tomorrow should see a bit of a price dump on ebay - too late for special delivery then and only pickups worthwhile...

Actually prices will probably pick up as those that dont understand supply and demand have dumped all their consoles before Xmas thinking that they wouldnt be able to sell them after Xmas and are now out of the market.

There will still be a strong demand for Wiis for at least another month imo, and with much reduced supply on ebay, prices will rise again. It was the same last year.

Amazon might have 600 consoles left atm, but I bet they are gone very soon.

Just stopping by to wish you all a Merry Christmas free of wii strains & injuries, move the ornaments.
Got ours out to test drive it the other day only to end up playing for 2+ hrs & still it's not wrapped.

This thread & been both helpful & fun, encouraging at times of despair & very informative. Hope everyone who wanted one managed to get one.
I breezed into gamestaion the other day & bought a spare nunchuck.
Wii plays a plenty & wii in stock signs displayed in windows.

Wonder what we'll all be hunting here for next year.

Take care & have a good one.

Now is a good time to pick up a bargain on ebay... plenty going for <£180. Just search for local items that allow pickup so you can pay cash and collect if you need it before Christmas!
