he sold alot had good feedback so he looked ok so ive said ill try my best for her, as someone has told her she wont get all her money back? anyone no why??
A friend got scammed a few weeks ago with the £183 + p&p wiis on ebay. As soon as she realized it was a scam I told her to open a dispute and then a claim right away without waiting, which she did and luckily paid by credit card. The protection offered through paypal was £150 which was credited back to her in a few days and the rest was to come from sellers account. She though she wouldn't see that and contacted cc company to claim the rest. Much to her surprised she has just had the other £40 odd credited to her a few days ago from paypal. So never give up.0 -

Then it was probably a scam, in which case raise a claim for item not as described ASAP, and escalate to a dispute without waiting. This will put a hold on the money and cancel any bank transfers from the sellers account still in progress if necessary.
Provided they believe you then it should be covered for up to £500 if the account had good feedback, and the money has gone from the account.
Often accounts with good feedback are taken over by phishing to do this sort of stuff.0 -
thanks ill tell her 2moro0

Shopto.net have wii bundle in stock, limited to 1 per customer. The Bundle is as follows and costs £295.00 delivered. RRP is £339 so saving £44.99 (13% saving) :-
Wii Console + Wii Sports
+ Excite Truck
+ G1 Jockey Wii
+ Legend Of Zelda Twilight Princess
+ Wario Ware: Smooth Moves
All things considered after taking £179.99 for the basic package off and divide the balance by 4 gives an average price per game of £28.75 which isn't all that bad. I can vouch for this company as have bought several things lately from them and customer services and delivery are absolutely superb.
