Sometimes but then again you know Amazon. Even when you wait till 4, as soon as you go to bed they appear. Going soon myself as I have to go back to doctors tommorow. These antibotics aren't working.

Let me guess, she bid on an auction that said something like 'New Wii box'? And got an empty Wii carton?

Ebay actually changed their rules to make deliberately misleading auctions against the rules so you can now actually win an item not as described dispute on the basis that it was as described but was deliberately misleading.

This killed all the scams of people selling photos of ipods, etc.

he sold alot had good feedback so he looked ok so ive said ill try my best for her, as someone has told her she wont get all her money back? anyone no why??

Well possibly it was stolen during transit - so if she signed for it as received OK then she wont get her money back via Paypal as she acknowledged receiving it OK.

However her credit card will still protect her under the consumer credit act and she can raise a chargeback.

This is why you never pay from your bank account or balance on Paypal.

No, I think of it as £95 worth of crap I would be lucky to get £50 for on eBay...
