@DoaM I had a look. I'm not too sure what I'm supposed to look for though. It is all regarding parking tickets0

MariusAdam, that sounds a little "wordy" with some typos in places! In the first section, you should mention in part 3 that you also drove the car on a daily basis with no issues. Section 4, only one 's' on misdescribed and I think it is all one word. In the last section, Part 2, I would also mention it was the first time you were made aware the car had previously been written off.0 -

It’s a case of someone deciding who is correct. I can understand what has been written and what your defence is, but it is a very wordy way of stating it. It almost comes across as if you are using ‘big clever words’ to blind the attacker who might not understand some of what you have written.
I am no expert though... I would have personally phrased it using more everyday language for your average Joe to understand.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
I understand where you coming from. I did initially write something shorted using my own words, however when I asked for feedback from an expert I was told: " This is a court of law and not morals or opinions, so the court will look at the law and consider whether you've breached it. If I were you, I would strip out any opinions and keep it strictly to facts and evidence. "

So, where to start dealing with your claim?
DON'T SCRAWL A 'DEFENCE' ON THE PAPERWORK. STOP!
Here is a guide to MCOL, how to acknowledge service ('AOS'), put together by a fellow PPC fighter:
