Read this win against Armtrac , read what that defendant said in their report about the court and witness statements they had copied from , if it worked out for them , then it may work out for you , providing you put some effort in5

OP - you need to look at the hearing letter, and read it completely. It WILL tell you the date you need to file all documents by. USUALLYT it is 14 days before, but might not be. That is why you must read a courts Order carefully, because they are the ones deciding what is right, not us4

So I am now getting texts and calls from BW Legal, offering me the ‘opportunity’ to pay a “discounted” amount...
Assuming this is standard practice and not a discount amount worth actually considering?0 -
LOL! Ignore that. Standard stuff. It often means they are about to discontinue if you don't take that bait.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Latest correspondence, apparently a “copy and paste” case, that is “nonsensical”... 🤷🏽♂️

The reply by at least one judge when the scammers/scamlicitors mentioned the defence being a copy and paste from an internet source was, "So what."I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3
-
Yeah, defence to that is “of course, like anyone would do, I’ve researched the correct way to respond to a confusing ordeal and have followed a template accordingly, whilst adjusting to suit my personal circumstances”..
Their evidence also shows that they sent the initial correspondence to my old address (which I clarified I did not get) and only responded to them once they sent to my current and correct address.1 -
Exactly. Who would think a cut and pasted response to a cut and pasted claim would work, eh!{Signature removed by Forum Team - if you are not sure why we have removed your signature, it's probably Gladstones}3

They are just ignorant ?
BWLegal probably spend hours reading this forum because most they see on this forum .. they lose
But, in fairness to BWLegal, they have a steady pattern of writing which actually turns out to be completely nonsensical rubbish
And claiming a fake £269.72 is just "LAUGHABLE NONSENCE"
If this goes to court, someone has sign a "statement of truth" and given fakery is included, who at BWLegal will stick their neck on the block
And if they try to fob you and the judge off saying the code of practice says they can add fakery when the code of practice has nothing to do with the motorist and goes behind the ruling of the Supreme Court. best to ask a judge for some soap and water
