    We moved into a new build property in February and were told by the builder that the energy was currently with E-on.
    Hi,
    some of the blame here has to be with the builder, supplier issues should've been sorted out before house transfer to you.
    Take some of your ire out on the builder and seek a goodwill gesture from them for the hassle.
