https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/letter/letter-before-small-claims-court-claimWhy? On what basis can the OP make a valid claim?UKPC made a KADOE request based on the terms of the KADOE contract (pursuing under driver liability) and then sent OP a non POFA compliant NTK requesting driver details. OP responded with "non POFA compliant NTK so not telling you who driver is and you have no claim against me as keeper". UKPC rightly realise this will go no further.Where is the claim? Where is the damage? What is the tort for?

Why? On what basis can the OP make a valid claim? I really do not know. That would be up to the OP to find out

I am not telling newbies to make a claim. I am advising newbies, (not telling), them to write a letter threatening to make a claim. There is a world of difference. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
