Your latest post again tells the world who was driving.

its amazing how many people fall into that trap, including repeat offenders that have been warned , lol, its like they are on self destruct and want to hand it on a plate to a parking company, along with their cash !!

its still wrong despite the edit

The OP is already past day 56 so I see no real advantage in waiting, but as you say, there is no rush as long as this second appeal is done before day 28 from issue of the NTK.

I still think the OP should complain to the BPA because their initial keeper appeal was ignored.

then they should do that before may 22nd , so tonight or tomorrow , meaning they use the intervening window for the BPA complaint, so delay the appeal to may 22nd as I said

Sorry I’m not sure which post needs changing.
Look back at all your posts and make the driver anonymous.

It's the difference between 'I burnt the cake' and 'the cook burnt the cake'.  One clearly reveals who ruined the thing, the other doesn't.  The person who was driving that car needs to be referred to as 'the driver' every time you mention them.

Appeal again using the template in blue from the NEWBIES and await a PoPLA code.
Complain to the BPA that the original appeal from the keeper was ignored.

Compare the NTK line by line against the strict requirements of the PoFA to see if it is capable of transferring liability to the keeper. Construct a PoPLA appeal using all the relevant template points from the third post of the NEWBIERS and post the draft here for checking before you submit it.

What happened when the keeper complained to the landowner?
If the keeper is a resident of the place where the alleged event occurred, what does their lease/AST say about parking, permits, court etcetera? What it doesn't say is just as important.
If the driver was visiting a resident, what does and doesn't the resident's lease/AST say.

Has the keeper complained to their MP yet about this unregulated scam?
The keeper did not know who land owner was so didn't complain, DDDDDD is not a resident and not visiting a resident either.
The registered keeper has not yet complained to their MP

as above , its the one quoted and the incorrect word highlighted in bold

so the keeper is dealing with the complaints and paperwork

the driver drove on the day , the driver parked the vehicle, the driver was not a resident, notice when the terms are used and why

Don't write your own complaints or use anything different from the forum template appeal, as you keep writing about who was driving.  You will blow your winning point if you keep writing about what you did.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Should it be significant, I'll add my tuppenceworth:

Interesting that on the top right corner on the reverse of the NtK it is endorsed "England Wales/non-pofa"  which might suggest they're planning to prove the o/p was driving or that they may have used the wrong document template to transfer keeper liability.  Check the requirements carefully...

Be ure to include this in any court defence.

It shouldnt get to court, as no way even crap POPLA can reject this appeal! Well, you'd hope not
If it gets to court there should be a counterclaim in play, as theyre processing data outside of their agreement to obtain the data, and this is a breach of the DPA2018. They cannot obtain data for one purpose and use it for another.

    Hi,
Just wanted to let you know the Keeper appealed on the UKPC website on Monday with the one size fits all template and today the keeper received a letter saying the parking charge has been cancelled.
Thanks for your advice with this.
