Does sound like it could be profitable for you.MovingForwards said:Can't put a price on happiness!
Your bay routine and time allocated sounds good, break in gently and build up to allow natural expansion 🤗Aiming to be mortgage free in 3 years June 2023.

I follow a few on YT and they have learned their local and national market; one does the bay and boot sales.
It's good your next target is to beat the one before, that drives you enough but limits the stress.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -
Time to resurrect this diary, can’t belive it’s been almost 3 months since my last update. So what’s changed..... OH has a new job ( temporary until April but has potential to extend beyond this) working quite local and with hours and shift pattern that he is more than happy with. I decided I wasn’t going to start my job search until January so I have only just recently started applying for roles. I haven’t had any responses yet however I have a brand spanking new CV and I’m also doing an IT course to help future job prospects. Ebay slowed down a lot throughout December and hasn’t really picked up again, I’m finding it hard now to dedicate time to it as job hunting has become my main focus. I did toy with the idea of full time reselling but for me it seems like a full time job for a part time wage, I am happy to dedicate a couple of hours a week to this to keep it as a side hustle and will throw everything I have at the mortgage.Aiming to be mortgage free in 3 years June 2023.

Happy New Year TNT, welcome back from your break!
Being a reseller can be fruitful, but takes a while to get established. It's great as a sideline.
Good luck with the job hunting, may you find the right one soon.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -

thanks for stopping by everyone. Unfortunately OH is not keeping out of mischief... he came home with a parking ticket yesterday, knocked my expensive vase and chipped it then spilt tea on my cream stair carpet! To say the atmosphere is a little frosty atm is an understatement 😡. Managed a small overpayment to mortgage of £31.50 which makes it a nice round number of £56,185. Went to the local Aldi which was nice and quiet however I was shocked at the amount of people still not wearing masks. So frustrating and I found myself getting quite angry at one point.Aiming to be mortgage free in 3 years June 2023.

Oh no, put him in the naughty corner!
Unfortunately there are a lot who will not wear masks, excluding those with legitimate reasons.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
OH has been paid from new job for the 1st time today so we finally have some money coming in! Today I will rework our monthly budget to see just how far we can stretch it. I’ve been cooking a lot more from scratch now which often results in a surplus meal for the freezer so if I keep grocery spends under control I’m pretty confident we can survive on his wage until I find a job, it will be tight but should be do-able for the short term.
Todays tasks
Book car in for MOT & service
pay gas & electricity bill, this quarter was £20 cheaper than last year even though I feel like we have used more with being at home.
Research and apply for jobs
wrap ebay parcel
