One man's benign work is another's shyster....
But I'd agree that these cases are inappropriately brought and clogging the courts.
Wright Hassall are diverse enough to survive.
The question is more whether the volume work is still there. Remember these firms aren't fighting to win work like most firms, these are block contracts of guaranteed work.
A) Will the likes of UKCPM still want to litigate every case (disbursement costs) and will parking attendants be on furlough?Subject to (A) will Gladstones volumes be affected? Certainly possible...

I would expect DCBL to become the leader in this, if their current daft claims are anything to go by and let's face it, their "can't pay, we'll take it away" is currently dead in the water
