A harassment and stress claim is a high bar of proof , requiring medical evidence , not hearsay
They will claim that it is valid in chasing an alleged debt , as has been mentioned numerous times on here before
There is more chance using GDPR , a data issue , easier to prove

As mentioned above , it needs to be carefully worded , with proof , plus at an achievable figure of say £300 to £5003 -
