Upon review, it is clear to us that you need to liaise with the two parties in question directly (Vehicle Control Services Ltd and Excel Parking Services Ltd), for ease of reference and as a starting point you may wish to utilise litigation@vehiclecontrol.co.uk.
Further, as you have previously informed us that a set aside application is being made your case has been referred back to our client and is closed on the ELMS Legal system.
