This Judgment is the most comprehensive demolition of a PPC case that I have seen, possibly ever.
Not only does DDJ Harvey deal with the issues specific to the case, he also takes a sideswipe at the parking industry, and the solicitors who do their dirty work, in general.
Complete with Shakespearian references, this is a Denning-esque thing of beauty.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.10 -

Dynamite. Absolutely brilliant.1st June looks to be an interesting date to keep an eye on. I wonder if Ms Leering will be peering at her selection of toothbrushes?
PS - And 'dinner' was lovely! 😝Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I presume if they fail to respond, the invitation could become an Order...8

in some ways... I hope that some all of them appeal so that it could progress to a higher court ........andI am sure that this will be passed on to the nice people looking to put in to practise the newly ( OK not so new) passed legislation .I am sure we will all find lots of bits to quote/ use but on first reading this is mine fav.... the sign contained 650 to 700 words many technical and that an average reader read 200 to 250 per min, taking 3 to 4 mins ...so take that in the Eye BPA in your new 5 min grace period !One of these reports every day or so would certainly help pass the lockdown time !well done to all concernedRalph7

This would be very applicable to the signs by Excel and VCS which are like War and Peace.
Nice work and well done to all involved.
