Occasionally it is unavailable at weekends, maintenance I assume. Did you manage to sort your login details?

not yet....have been meaning to phone the last couple of days, although going by what others are saying i don't hold up much hope that they'll answer!

it's either the password or (format of) my first school question that's wrong!

I often get my first school wrong - it ends in Street, but I put St on the form (or was it the other way round?).

Hang in there and try to talk to someone. It's not a bad platform. At times like this you can't always expect things to work as smoothly as they normally would, and that will probably be true of most platforms where you are not paying a premium. They were quite helpful when I rang them a couple of months back about transferring money into my SIPP - took a bit longer, but came through eventually (just in time for the recent bottom).

Seems to be a running theme. I used to as well. Took a little while for it to "sink in".

If you entered it online then you need to ensure your system didn't auto-capitalise the first character.
