think i might have wasted my £25 registration on these.......Hang in there and try to talk to someone. It's not a bad platform. At times like this you can't always expect things to work as smoothly as they normally would, and that will probably be true of most platforms where you are not paying a premium. They were quite helpful when I rang them a couple of months back about transferring money into my SIPP - took a bit longer, but came through eventually (just in time for the recent bottom).1
