well i've now managed to open an account with them (after they stopped taking new applications), but now it seems they've stopped any transfers so i'll have to wait to transfer in my cash ISA.
in the meantime i've forgotten my password so cannot log in.
could someone just assist me it reminding me what format they take? (to save me calling in) is it one capital and one number?
many thanks

i must have tried about 20-30 times!!!do they automatically send out a temporary password or will i have to call them?Well that's a bit odd. When I got my password wrong a few months back I got an automatic message saying a new password would be posted to me. It took a couple of days to sort it out. If you're not getting anywhere, probably not a bad idea to try ringing, although they may still be very busy.

it's either the password or (format of) my first school question that's wrong!0 -
All too hard and complicated - on iWeb everyone knows it's much easier to use ColdIron's credentials. The account valuation and asset allocation work for all circumstances so you don't even need to tailor the portfolio. For convenience I also recommend using Thrugelmir's credentials on Jarvis X-O, Cloud_Dog's on Fidelity, and either Masonic or Bowlhead99's on AJ Bell. Mine work everywhere as I am a cheap date so get around.5
