  • The claim form instructs you where documetns are to be served. Almost certainly it will be to DCB
CC'ing in is no bad idea.
Thanks nosferatu1001, I have checked with court (I had initially received the notice of allocation to the small claims track hearing by email) and they said to email all the docs to the same email address.

Then copy in dcbl as well

If in any uncertainty , copy in OPC as well , too much is better than not enough , belt and braces approach

But most definitely the court and dcbl , as detailed on your court documents , do what they tell you to do , by the dates they instruct ( it's amazing how many people we have to tell about this simple fact , do as you are told !! )

You never need to copy in the PPC unless they are not using a solicitor.  That's why they are using one!

Nicely.  Look forward to reading the gory detail, especially if there was some blood on the floor!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
