    Especially the DQ
The CCBC are still not up to speed it seems, so you might not get this in a timely manner.

With a Claim Issue Date of 31st March, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 4th May 2020 to file your Defence.

To file a Defence, follow the guidance in this post:

Can I suggest that the first few words of para 17 be simplified to:
It is denied that the driver of the vehicle was in breach of any parking conditions...

A quick update on this, I have now received a letter from DCB Legal stating 'Having reviewed the content of your defence; we are writing to inform you that our client intends to proceed with the claim' and they have sent me the directions questionnaires, so what is my next course of action?

You should have expected this by reading the newbies thread and other court claim threads

Your job is still to get the official DQ done , it always was and you were told all this above , you need to be active , not reactive

Yep, and then read the next step, so you know what to expect then
This is a well trodden process. Youve had plenty of time to read and be prepared.

I would suggest you do not use the DQ from the scamlicitors but use the one you should get from the court, or download one from the internet and use that. The latter is the safest option as some people have lost simply because they waited for the court to send a DQ that never arrived and ended up with a default judgement against them.

The DQ from the scamlicitors may have some of the fields already filled in with information that is not to your advantage.
