As of this month my balance is bang on year 5 of my original mortgage payment schedule. As of this month I have had my mortgage for 2yrs5mths. I know I am hoping to get to £380k when I need to remortgage in 2023 but for now I will make a mini target balance of £396755 which is the next balance @6yrs on the payment schedule below. What I want is to see how quickly I will reach that yr6 figure.🤞Initial mortgage bal £487.5k, current £258k, target £243,750(halfway!)
