Brilliant service from Shawbrook. I requested a cash ISA transfer to Shawbrook on the phone late afternoon day before yesterday. Had an email an hour ago - the transfer is all complete! I suppose some credit is due to my old ISA provider, Coventry, too.
The login issues seem to have been resolved, too.0 -

Shawbrook currently have a delay in reviewing ID docs for new customers. Just rung them, they are currently only up to docs received on 27 April, and they can't transfer ISAs in until that's done. So I guess we have to be patient.
