Hi I have been a bit absent as am spending so muh work time on the screen in the week, and I have finished painting dining room. Today did a virtual running club relay run, that was fun, and ds helped pace me, so got a good (terrible - but good for me ... time). 
Later need to plant some sprouts and walk dog.

Hi all,  its been a cool grey day here (much like my mood! )
Not much in the way of small things
all the usual things,  
Meals from stores
No food waste
Facetime weekly Trivial pursuit game with the kids and my parents
Used a dvd from our stash for exercise plus a walk in the rain. 
Updated shopping list and freezer inventory
Film night with hubby from our stash tonight.
