Morning all,Another poor sleeper checking in. I must confess I am still in bed but really should surface and sort the kiddies some breakfast. I did a small wash load yesterday evening so will hang that out when I go down.We will get out on a walk today then it's a roast with all the trimmings. I see Ireland are keeping schools off until September. What will this week hold? It's the not knowing at the minute isn't it. Dizzy lovely to see you lady, how're the boys getting at home?Back later no doubt when I've actually done something 🤣9

Good morning!
I didn't get on here yesterday, but I kept (mostly) busy. 2 loads of washing line dried & folded, kitchen kept tidy and plenty of gardening. I have redone a couple of hanging baskets, repotted some pots in the back & tidied them (still a few to do), sown some crown prince pumpkins & juggled the seedlings about (I wish I had the space for more heated propagators!) Lasagne was made from several pots of leftover bolognese. I cleaned up the kitchen before bed again last night - so much easier to keep on top of that way! The lasagne dish was left to soak, so I am hoping DH has dealt with that already this morning 😆
Today's plan mainly involves gardening of one description or another! I have had a cup of tea in bed, but now need to get moving.
Round 1
Get up & dressed
Breakfast
WM on
Dizzy - you have been busy! I wish I had your lockdown resolve! 😂 well done!!
As regards the hats - they will need to be 1m in diameter if everyone wears them, but 2m if only one person has them. Does that make sense? 🤣🤣
Hugs, sticks & spoons to those that need them

Jazee said:Morning. Hope you're all ok. Now, I may not be properly awake yet but if the child is in the centre of the hat doesn't it need to be two metres diameter so a metre all round them, then if two children stand next to each other the hats keep them two metres apart? Like I say, it's early!
Lots of plans for today, whether they happen or not is another thing..

Round 1 complete. DH has WULTD and hung the washing on the line (if I don't look at how it's done, it can't bother me, right? 🤦♀️😂) I have put on the DW, and s&s the kitchen - again. DH is hoovering as I type 👍
I am just having a cuppa, then heading to the allotment with the last of the card. I am hoping to finally plant my main crop spuds! Just having a cuppa first..... WM is on again.9 -
Good morning (just).
[Waves madly*] to Dizzy (*you and me both!) xx
I woke at 5.15 today, tootled about on the computer - achieving nothing but decluttering 2 cups of tea - until DH appeared and put breakfast on the table at 9.00, and then I went back to bed. I have just surfaced. Must have needed to catch up! Hopefully now I shall not fall asleep after lunch, and can do some gardening instead. I did mow the lawn and tidy the back yard yesterday. The big hostas were so precarious on top of the collapsing trestles that I have binned the trestles and sat the pots on the slabs for now. I really want a narrower table so will start investigating other options in case the NNDN doesn't replace his fence posts soon. Currently thinking that fence posts or sleepers laid on top of breeze blocks would be perfectly adequate, giving me two levels for hostas and space underneath for bags of compost and empty pots, in an otherwise dingy corner.
Off I go to sort out the front garden! The house is tidy and will be cleaned through tomorrow... maybe!
(((Hugs))) spoons and sticks all round xxx

Valli, fortunately for hat making purposes social distancing here only has to be 1 m not 2 m although I would feel happier with 2. The idea is to make the kids spacially aware. Although not sure if we are going back yet as not heard from anyone and we are in red area although we actually live on the edge of a green area.
Pottering done yesterday and today, with a few walks. We treat ourselves to 2 walks of 1 hour each at the weekend as long as we don't get controlled on the morning one. We rarely see anyone, this morning not a sole, except the horses, donkeys, rabbits, cats and huge variety of birds.
Made scones yesterday, first time in years, really rather good. Left over scones for after our walk this afternoon.
Hugs to all, see you tomorrow. but might be late as have training at 9.1510
