Hi SH and Ponylover, well May was a total loss as just after my last post I broke my ankle I swear exercise is not good for u .
I have spent 4 weeks watching !!!!!! tv . Finally feeling better and not such a clown fell down 1 step wouldnt mind but i put down the big pot i was carrying so i didnt fall ahh well .
so i have had a very lazy chocolkate and tv filled may
Time to get back on it so I'm practising stiing at desk for working from home .
clinic on monday hopefully find out when I can go drive again .
    So time for lists
Restart the declutter a bag or drawer  at a time for now.
Stop the chocolate my weight is certainly not helping my recovery once back at work I am going on a shake diet 4 days a week its easy as I do 10 hr shifts .Although I read somewhere that a glass of milk does the same job and swallow a multivit .
Hope everyone is well away to read the diaries x
