Hooray - landowner complaint works again!
Always Plan A with retailers - spread the word with family & friends. Nicely done.
However, it is wholly unacceptable that any PPC thinks this is OK during the pandemic. Imagine how many naive victims paid it?overstay was approx 16 min.
Any overstay was unintentional due the coronavirus shopping measures. We visited only two stores in the retail park and had to await in the ridiculous long queue for more than an hour just to collect some goods (Click and Collect) from the 1st shop and rest of time time was spent in the 2nd shop. We have shopping receipts to prove.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
